To provide conscientious care for the animals entrusted to us, being constantly attentive to their security, safety, and well-being, and to place their welfare above all other business considerations
Dogs 
Occupied kennel runs are cleaned and sanitized daily. We have separate enclosures, many with indoor/outdoor runs. Every effort is made to provide outdoor access. When population warrants guests being housed in enclosures without outdoor access they are provided access to our outdoor exercise area regularly throughout the day. We do not turn guests out for communal play. Only dogs that normally reside in the same household are lodged or exercised together. Bedding, and fresh water are provided.

Cats  Cats are housed in a private room in individual sanitized enclosures. Litter boxes are cleaned daily, bedding is changed as necessary. They are provided with toys, fresh water and food at all times. |

All enclosures are climate controlled with heated floors and air-conditioning. We provide a quality food with no corn, by-products or artificial preservatives to all our Guests. Be advised that changes in your pet’s diet may cause some digestive distress. This is normal and usually clears within a few days. We feed once daily in the early evening, unless otherwise requested. |
